Online Giving by Credit Card and Electronic Check

You may make either a recurring or one time gift by electronic check or credit card by clicking the “Give Online” button here . For contribution credit in this year, the gift must be completed on or before December 31 of this year. There is a fee for the convenience of this online service which you can choose to cover or you may choose the other options listed on this page.

First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land (FPCSL) thanks you for your desire to support the mission and programs of this church. We are the hands and feet of Christ. Without the support of each of us, the church cannot operate and function. Your level of support helps determine what missions and programs can be included in the budget and in the life of this church.

It is not an accident that you are on this page. FPCSL always has a theme for our annual generosity campaign and the theme for this year is Bread of Life.

Giving at FPCSL

Cash or Check

You may place cash or a check payable to FPCSL into the offering plate or bring it by the church office 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. For contribution credit in this year, the gift must be completed on or before December 31 of this year. You may also mail a check to First Presbyterian Church of Sugar Land, 502 Eldridge Road, Sugar Land TX 77478.

Generosity Pledge Card

Please consider completing a pledge card or Estimate of Giving Card. The estimate is simply an indication of the amount of your annual giving. It provides the Session and Trustees with a way to plan for the budget of the church. You can download the pledge packet by clicking on the green button just above. Your estimate is between you and God and we understand if circumstances change and your estimate may vary.

Appreciated Stock

Gifts of appreciated stock can provide additional tax savings: for gifts of shares held for one year or more you avoid capital gains taxes on any appreciation while getting a tax deduction for the full fair market value of the shares on the date of transfer. Planning Giving

Please consider including FPCSL in your estate or financial plans and help sustain the mission of this church for generations to come. The simplest way to make a planned gift is by naming FPCSL in your will. A bequest is a meaningful way to support FPCSL without affecting your cash flow during your lifetime. You can also name FPCSL as a beneficiary of a life insurance policy or retirement account.
